Josephine Remodel

This remodel consisted of a 900 sf addition including a family room on the main floor and master bedroom suite on the upper floor. One of our primary goals was opening the existing kitchen and the new family room to the back yard. We introduced a sculptural metal sight screen to serve as a backdrop for the new landscape and seating area
